AlphaTrust provides technical support for its products and hosted services during normal business hours, 8:30am - 5:30pm US Central time, Monday - Friday, excluding US holidays.

After hours support (via telephone only) is provide to current paid annual support customers for "production server down" critical issues only. An after hours support operator will contact the on call support engineer.

Support response will be within one business day or less.
