Document Types
AlphaTrust® e-Sign processes HTML documents and Adobe PDF documents. PDF documents may include file attachments of any file type.
AlphaTrust® e-Sign can process HTML documents conformant to HTML5 specification. Documents in other formats should be converted to HTML or PDF prior to submission to AlphaTrust® e-Sign.
PDF Documents are recommended over HTML documents.

Document Source
Documents to be processed for signature, receipt, or delivery by AlphaTrust® e-Sign are read into the AlphaTrust® e-Sign document repository as part of the transaction creation process. The location of each document in which AlphaTrust® e-Sign is to access it is specified in the Source property.
