Q100003 - Determining which version and which updates you have installed for PRONTO™ Server ERSS

PRONTO™ Server executable components are installed to the "\AlphaTrust\Pronto\Programs\" directory. To determine which version of PRONTO™ Server ERSS you have installed, locate the appropriate file from the table below in this directory. Right click on the file and select "Properties". Click on the Version tab. The File version will contain 4 numbers separated by period characters (i.e. "3.0.0.1038")

The first two numbers indicate the version of PRONTO™ Server ERSS installed. For example, if the File version is "3.0.x.x". Then you have PRONTO™ Server ERSS v3.0 installed.

Updates to PRONTO™ Server ERSS are released as needed and contain a "Q" number (i.e. "Q100001"). If a particular updated has been installed on your system there will be a directory named for the "Q" number of the update under the "\AlphaTrust\Pronto\Setup\Updates\" directory (i.e. "\AlphaTrust\Pronto\Setup\Updates\Q100001\").

The current full release of PRONTO™ Server ERSS is version 3.0, dated May 5, 2008. You may upgrade directly from v2.5 Service Release 7 or later to version 3.0.
