PRONTO Server v2.5 - Software Update Q100004 - December 16, 2002

This Q100004 update is intended to update the Gold Release version of AlphaTrust PRONTO Server v2.5 dated 10/21/2002. This update was included in Service Release 1 for PRONTO Server v2.5.

Q100004 corrects errors that may occur when retrieving a document using GetDocument.asp.

The following are step by step instructions for installing Q100004 over the Gold Release version of PRONTO Server v2.5:

NOTE: These instructions assume that your Pronto Server was installed on the local C: drive of your Windows 2000 Server in "C:\AlphaTrust\". If you installed to a different location, changes thes instructions accordingly.

1. Run the "Q100004.exe" program and specify the root of the drive where Pronto Server was installed (i.e. "c:\"). This should cause the new files to over-write the existing files. Make sure there are no errors on the un-zipping of these files. There should be no file conflicts if all the steps above were followed.
2. Look in the "\AlphaTrust\Pronto\Programs\" directory. The file "Update-Q100004.txt" should be present.

The file "GetDocument.asp" dated December 16, 2002 should be present in the \Prontosvr2\ directory.
