Often, the process of learning about electronic signature, and the issues around the lifecycle of electronically signed documents can be daunting and time consuming. There is a great deal of confusing information on the subject.

Rapid Assessment

We offer a Rapid Assessment Day - a one day strategy session to educate and help you map out the best process for your particular business. We will send a senior level business executive to help you quickly define and assess the impact of automating signoff processes. This day is typically organized as a series of meetings with stakeholders in the project. This may include the business sponsor, IT, legal, the departments with a stake in the project, and appropriate executives.

The result of the Rapid Assessment Day may be that automating this process may not have much impact. On the other hand, the impact may be huge. You need to know.

We charge for this service and we will give you an objective report. It won't be a sales pitch from AlphaTrust. We really don't want you as a customer if this can't be successful for you. All our customer projects have been successful thus far, and we'd like to keep it that way.

Product Integration

Most of the customers for our PRONTO Server ERSS software purchase the product and have their own Web developers (internal or external) do the integration work with their Web application(s). It usually only requires the resources of a single Web developer who should be able to develop a prototype within a few days.
