Signing Software for Windows PCs

AlphaTrust PRONTO™ Desktop is a software application for electronically signing any document or file with full security and compliance with legal requirements. All desktop files are supported (such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe^® PDF and text files). You can eliminate the pain and expense of manually signing, mailing, and faxing documents.

You may prepare and e-mail documents to others for their signature as well as sign documents yourself. Signatures are fully visible when printed or viewed and the documents are protected with a digital seal, using cryptography, that can detect if a document has been changed since signing.

PRONTO™ Desktop will be priced at $49.95 per user and will be FREE for users who need to view or print a signed document or verify signatures. The FREE version will also permit basic signing of documents that have been prepared for signature by PRONTO™ Desktop!  If you prepare a document for signature using PRONTO™ Desktop, others will be able to sign those documents using the FREE version.

PRONTO™ Desktop will be available for Windows^® XP and Vista PCs. PRONTO™ Desktop will be available in the Fall of 2008.
