PRONTO Server ERSSTM
AlphaTrust PRONTO™ Server Electronic Records and Signature System (ERSS), is Web server-based electronic signature software that manages the presentation, approval (e-signature with audit trail), archival, and security of electronic forms and documents.
PRONTO™ Server ERSS eliminates the pain and expense of manually handing paper documents that need signoff or approval. Importantly, your signed documents are audited and archived for the life of the document. You will be able to find your signed documents when needed and you'll have a chain of custody established for compliance auditing or dispute resolution. Documents signed through PRONTO™ Server ERSS are legally equivalent to ink-signed paper documents.
PRONTO™ Server ERSS is very easy for people to use. We've hidden away the complexities of compliance with electronic signature and record legislation world wide and designed a simple, intuitive point and click experience for everyday users. No end-user software is required other than a Web browser.
For all applications you can expect your per document lifecycle costs to drop considerably. Today your costs range from $5 to $50 per document. We can reduce those costs to between $0.20 cents and $2.00 per document, depending on volume. For customer aquisition (sales) applications, you will close more business with lower fall-off and non-return rates. Plus, people hate doing pen and paperwork, not to mention mailing and faxing.
